- By placing an order on Rim Jhim, you agree to these terms.
- Product images are for reference; actual color may vary slightly due to screen/lighting differences.
- Thrifted items are genuine secondhand pieces described accurately in listing photos and notes; minor signs of prior use should be expected unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent orders — customers will be notified if this happens.
- All prices are listed in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Disputes will first be handled directly through our customer support channels (WhatsApp/email above) before any other action.
